Linus T Chuang, MD Co-Director, Gynecologic Minimally Invasive Surgery, Mount Sinai School of Medicine
Dr. Chuang received his Medical Degree (M.D.) from Kaohsiung Medical University. After completing an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, he went on to complete a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at MD Anderson Cancer in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Chuang also obtained Master Degree in Public Health (MPH) and Master Degree in Science (MS) at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Chuang has served as the Director of Gynecologic Oncology and the Colposcopy Service at Westchester Medical Center and has published numerous articles and chapters in medical journals and textbooks. He is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in robotic, operative laparoscopic surgeries in the management of both benign and malignant diseases in women. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in OB/GYN and Gynecologic Oncology. He was the past president of Metropolitan Gynecologic Cancer Society (2006-2007) in New York and is an active member in numerous professional societies and organizations.
